The Roasd Safety Authority issued a statement in relation to Roadworthiness testing of Motor Caravans. See the attachment satement from the RSA in answer to a query regarding leglisation of DOE's in Ireland. With a lot of conflicting viewpoints, there appears to be confusion regarding conspicuity markings and speed limitation devices with respecto to Motorhor Caravans which this statement addresses.
